Power & Corridors Intelligence

P&C Intelligence

Decision-useful intelligence on geopolitical disruption, maritime security, trade corridors, energy systems, sanctions, critical infrastructure and operational risk.

From events to implications.

Power & Corridors Intelligence is built around a simple requirement: do not stop at the alert. We track events, validate open-source information, connect incidents across systems and corridors, assess what changes, and identify the indicators that matter next.

The focus is not only on what happened, but on what it means for shipping, ports, energy, logistics, infrastructure, insurance, sanctions exposure, commercial continuity and strategic decision-making.

A layered intelligence model.

Each stream answers a different decision requirement, from immediate situational awareness to deeper assessment and forward monitoring.

01 · Immediate

Intelligence Alerts

Time-sensitive reporting on incidents with potential operational or strategic relevance. Alerts establish what is known, what remains unconfirmed, immediate implications and what requires watching.

02 · Situational

Intelligence Briefings

Recurring or issue-specific briefings that connect multiple developments into a coherent operating picture across countries, corridors, sectors and risk channels.

03 · Analytical

Strategic Assessments

Deeper intelligence judgements that test competing explanations, map second-order effects and translate geopolitical change into commercial, security and infrastructure exposure.

04 · Forward

Monitoring & Indicators

Early-warning indicators, escalation triggers, anomaly tracking and watch items designed to show when an operating assumption or risk picture may be changing.

How the intelligence function works.

The workflow is designed to preserve the distinction between raw reporting and analytical judgement. Public-source material is collected and tested before it is translated into an assessment or warning indicator.

1. Requirements Define the question, decision need and information gaps.
2. Collection Gather official, commercial, media, OSINT and movement-related reporting.
3. Validation Cross-check claims, timing, location, source quality and competing explanations.
4. Assessment Identify patterns, implications, confidence, scenarios and second-order effects.
5. Monitoring Set indicators and triggers that would confirm, weaken or change the judgement.

Intelligence identifies the changing picture. Foresight tests what may come next.

The NERAI Foresight Desk remains a separate but connected layer, adding structured forecasting, scenario modelling and data-led monitoring to Power & Corridors intelligence and analysis.
